Returns & Exchanges

Returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original box and or with the original packaging.

Items returned to us that do not comply may be denied at our discretion

Regular priced items may be returned for exchange or refund when customer service is contacted within 10 days of receipt or signing.

Regular priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit when customer service is contacted within 21 days of receipt or signing.

We offer a nonrefundable flat rate of $ 25.00 for shipping
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to return your purchase, please email our customer service team directly at rists@telus.net . A member of our service team will be in touch within 2-3 business days. They will provide you with our return address as well as your return authorization number, to be mailed back with in 5 business days. This number must be clearly written on the outside of your parcel.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns should be sent by your domestic mail service and it is
recommended that return parcels be
fully insured with a tracking number. Parcels sent C.O.D. will be refused.
Rist's Shoe Centre will not accept liability for any shipping loss or damage
of return goods. We will also not assume responsibility for reimbursement of parcels without proof of delivery.
